01 Terms of Purchase & Use

These terms are an agreement between you (the buyer) and Open Mile Digital, the store operated by Earvin Laureano ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using The Digital Product Launch Vault (the "Product"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

What you are buying

The Product is a digital download: a collection of product ideas, templates, prompts, swipe copy, and guides, delivered as files (PDF and editable document formats). It is delivered electronically through our checkout provider, and you receive access to download it immediately after your payment is completed. No physical item is shipped.

Your account and access

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files, and for keeping your download link and any login details secure. We are not responsible for files lost after a successful download due to your own device or storage.

Acceptable use

Your use of the Product is governed by the License below. In short: you may use the ideas to build and sell your own products, but you may not resell or redistribute the Product itself.

Provided "as is"

The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.

Changes

We may update the Product and these terms from time to time. The version of these terms in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Product after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

What you may do

The Product is licensed to you for your personal use. You may use the ideas, formulas, templates, and swipe copy inside the Vault to build and sell your own digital products. The products you create from these ideas are yours to sell.

What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repackage The Digital Product Launch Vault itself, in whole or in part. This includes the niche packs, the bonuses, the swipe files, the prompts, and the templates as delivered.

The Vault is not a resell-rights (MRR or PLR) product. Buying it gives you the right to use it, not to sell it. One license is for one buyer.

Ownership

The Digital Product Launch Vault, its structure, copy, prompts, and branding are the property of Earvin Laureano. This license does not transfer ownership of the Product to you.

03 Refund Policy

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the Product is digital content delivered immediately, that you are downloading it right away, and that you agree all sales are final. We make this clear before you buy so you can decide with full information.

If you are in the EU or UK

Where a statutory right of withdrawal (a "cooling-off period") would otherwise apply to digital content, by completing your purchase and beginning the download, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal once the download has begun. This is permitted under applicable consumer law for digital content supplied immediately with your consent.

Problems with access

If you have a genuine technical problem downloading or opening your files, contact us at the email below and we will help you get access or replace your files. We want every buyer to receive exactly what they paid for.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Because the Product is delivered instantly and is non-refundable, chargebacks filed on successfully delivered digital goods may be disputed with the payment provider.

04 Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to sell and deliver the Product and to support you. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Order information you provide at checkout, such as your name and email address, and the details needed to process your payment.
• Payment information, which is processed by our checkout and payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
• Basic usage data, such as anonymous page-visit information, if analytics are enabled on this site, used only to understand how the page is performing.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your download.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To send you messages about your purchase, and, only if you opt in, occasional updates about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run the store, and they process your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies, including our checkout and delivery provider and the payment processors that handle your transaction. If analytics are used, the analytics provider is also a processor. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

This page may use minimal cookies or similar technology for basic functionality and, if enabled, analytics. The checkout provider uses cookies that are necessary to complete your purchase. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your order and contact information for as long as needed to deliver the Product, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email us at the address in the Contact section and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This Product and store are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

The Digital Product Launch Vault is an educational resource.

No income or results guarantees

This Product teaches fundamentals and gives your own product its best shot. It does not promise, project, or guarantee any specific income, sales, traffic, audience, or results. What you achieve depends on your own work, your offer, your market, your effort, and many factors outside anyone's control. Nothing here, on the sales page, or in the files should be read as a promise of earnings or outcomes.

Not professional advice

Any examples that touch fitness, wellness, finance, legal, or other regulated areas are provided as product and template ideas only. They are not health, medical, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. If you build a product in one of these areas, you are responsible for keeping your own claims accurate and compliant, and for getting qualified professional review where needed.

You are responsible for the products you create, the claims you make, and your compliance with the rules of any platform, marketplace, or jurisdiction you sell in.
